BIOGRAPHY
Angel has over 35 years of experience in construction and safety and serves as Alta Vista’s senior rail subject matter expert. At Alta Vista, he provides technical expertise as applies to rail safety and construction.
His specialized knowledge of construction project needs comes from his various roles in maintenance of way, operations, safety, engineering, and operating rules practice. His proven leadership and program management skills ensure safe, reliable and efficient delivery of transportation maintenance service.
In his free time, Angel likes to work on his lawn and flower bed where he spends time with his wife and their Yorkie, Max. When time allows, he also enjoys golfing, fishing and watching sports.
