BIOGRAPHY
Elisabeth is a project planning and operations professional with more than 10 years of industry experience. At Alta Vista, she manages all company operations, which includes formulating policies, managing daily operations, evaluating current systems, analyzing operations to evaluate company performance, and determining areas of potential cost reductions and program improvements.
Elisabeth started her career working on the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge seismic retrofit, after which she expanded into the telecommunications industry before returning to her passion—major infrastructure projects. She has enjoyed being able to make lasting differences on projects and apply her skills in service of public infrastructure. Elisabeth’s additional areas of expertise include client satisfaction, staffing and personnel relations, consistent communication and reporting, equipment and certification tracking, and ensuring project compliance while motivating employees.
Elisabeth earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy of Industrial Societies (PEIS) from UC Berkeley, with an emphasis in Sustainable Communities. When not in the office, Elisabeth enjoys reading, camping, bowling, writing, and spending time with her family.
