BIOGRAPHY
Justin leads Alta Vista’s Business Development team, where he also serves as the proposal manager. He has been working in the engineering and construction industry since 2013, and for the past five years, he has supported corporate growth through his involvement in business development and bids and proposals. Justin has led the pursuit of contracts across multiple sectors, including large scale construction projects in the energy sector, to local, state, and federal infrastructure projects.
Since joining Alta Vista in 2017, Justin manages the life-cycle of proposal development, supports new business opportunity identification through conducting market research, and helps keep the corporate goals on track by identifying and reporting on KPIs. He has helped to diversify Alta Vista’s portfolio of projects and clients while managing a lean team of communications, marketing, and graphic design specialists.
Justin is a APMG certified Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Professional and is Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from University of Calgary. In his free time, Justin enjoys time with his wife and children and time in the gym.
