BIOGRAPHY
Patrick is a Professional Engineer with more than 12 years of experience in construction management, project management and quality assurance inspection. He has worked on a wide variety of projects, including work within the federal, state, oil and gas industries. Additionally, he is certified as an AWS Certified Welding Inspector, PCI Level II Inspector, ACI Concrete Field Technician, and Qualified SWPPP Practitioner/Developer.
Patrick is the project manager for two multi-year A&E federal contracts for the Federal Highway Administration and its Federal Lands division. He oversees the day-to-day operations and quality and performance of multiple project engineers, inspectors and technicians. He also manages the federal and energy sectors for Alta Vista, pursuing business development opportunities and maintains strong relationships with clients in these areas.
Patrick holds a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the California State University, Sacramento. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, and training for long distance bike rides and runs.
