BIOGRAPHY
Megan is a versatile professional with over 13 years of industry experience. Since joining Alta Vista in 2016, she has performed the roles of Senior Quality Engineer, Corporate Quality and Performance Manager and, most recently, Human Resources Manager. Leveraging experience from a variety of sectors – varying from railroads, to semiconductors, to remotely operated deep-sea vehicles and transportation – Megan has learned to adapt and apply quality principles in everything she does.
Megan grew up in the Midwest and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University. She also holds an Associate’s Degree in Web Design and Interactive Media. Megan holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and is an expert in quality systems, problem solving, root cause analysis, auditing and process improvement. In her free time, Megan enjoys running, completing home improvement projects and spending time with her rescue dog, Pepper.
